ls691208 可降解塑料就是个笑话，十几年前我们公司和大连市政府签订协议，要求市民都改为由我们公司生产的降解塑料袋。其实就是面粉和塑料按比例做成塑料袋，由于总有人装了东西掉到脚面上，后来不了了之。可降解的那部分是面粉，塑料那部分变成了小颗粒，可还是塑料啊！本来全塑还可以回收再利用的。
